I'm searching for ?/n where I'm looking for the literal question mark, not a wild card, and get the error:
Error during compilation of regular expression (row number 1):
"Search For" part?+*{Follows Nothing (pos1)
Please correct syntax of this regular expression.
I suppose a similar problem if I was searching for a literal /n followed by a new line control.

Then uncheck the option "Use regular expressions"
